Today I have the easiest Christmas recipe ever to share with you!
These delicious Peppermint Oreo Cookie Balls are only four simple ingredients and everyone loves them! The chocolate and mint are a perfect flavor combo and I love the soft and crunchy texture you get with each bite.
This recipe is perfect for the kids to help with. They can count the cookies as they go in the blender, help crush the mint candies and more!
I love that these are no bake and can easily be made for any holiday party or celebration. You can double or triple the batch for a large group and even coat them in something other than mint candies for some variety.
They disappear fast because you can't stop at just one.
