This Pineapple Fluff Salad has been a family favorite for years!
It's only 4 simple ingredients, delicious and super easy to make. Fluff salads have been a favorite of mine since childhood and this one is great for potlucks, picnics, BBQ's or any other gathering.
The crushed pineapple gives this fluff salad a great texture along with the mini marshmallows. Each bite is sweet and full of pineapple flavor. Tastes just like summer.
Kids always love this salad too. They can pretty much make it themselves, depending on their age, or the younger kiddos can make it with the assistance of an adult.

DeleteIf I use pineapple tidbits maybe use less juice?
ReplyDeleteThat should work!
DeleteCan you use fresh pineapple?
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried fresh pineapple. If you try it, you might need to add some pineapple juice, otherwise there might not be enough liquid to combine the pudding properly.
