This Slow Cooker Lazy Lasagna is such a kid friendly dinner idea!
It combines ground beef, frozen ravioli, homemade sauce made with crushed tomatoes and a combo of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. This recipe is budget friendly too. It has 8 total servings and it's a complete meal served with a side salad or some garlic bread.
This recipe works well in the slow cooker because you start off with frozen ravioli. Because you are cooking the ravioli from frozen, it's doesn't get overcooked and mushy.
I love that you get all the flavors of a traditional lasagna in this recipe, but yet it's way easier to make. The homemade sauce adds that special touch, but if you wanted to save more time, skip the crushed tomatoes and seasonings and use some jarred store bought sauce instead.
