White Chocolate Puffcorn has been a family favorite around the holidays for years! We make it and usually decorate it with sprinkles that match the holiday we're celebrating.
Today's version is absolutely perfect for fall. If you love Reese's Pieces, then this is the perfect snack for you.
Puffcorn can be found in the chip or snack aisle in pretty much every grocery store. It's made with corn meal, is usually fried or baked and coated with cheese or butter flavoring. Sometimes it can be sweet as well and can be coated with caramel, sweetened for cereal, like Corn Pops.
I happen to love sweet and salty together, so this snack is perfection for me, especially with the Reese's Pieces. Gotta love anything peanut butter.
This can be made in less than 10 minutes, plus you'll allow time for the white chocolate to firm back up. You can eat this all yourself, make it for a party, or pack up in individual gift bags to give to your family and friends.
