The majority of the time, you can find corn tortillas in my refrigerator. However, I rarely have tortilla chips in my cupboard.
That's when today's recipe comes in handy! If you're making salsa, taco salad or nachos, and need some chips, these can be ready in 10 minutes.
These corn tortilla chips are perfectly crispy from the air fryer. The Tajin seasoning adds the much needed touch of spice, tartness and salt. The seasoning sticks to the chips nicely from the olive oil spray coating the chips.

Recipe tips:
- Once cooled, store in an airtight bag or container for up to five days.
- Substitute your favorite seasoning instead of Tajin.
- White corn tortillas can be used instead of yellow.
- Go sweet! Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top, after you remove the chips from the air fryer.
- If you're wanting to reduce sodium, use this salt free seasoning.
